How we handle your information

RedPill Consulting Group ("RedPill", "we", "us") is a Toronto, Ontario business that sets up AI receptionists, AI chatbots and CRM systems for small businesses. This policy explains what personal information we collect through redpillcg.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus basic technical information needed to run the website.

• Strategy call form: your name, business email, phone number, type of business, approximate monthly website visitors, and anything you write about your biggest challenge.
• Checklist sign-up: your first name, email address, type of business (optional), and your consent to receive emails.
• Website chat: any messages and contact details you share with the chat assistant on our site.
• Booking: the details you enter when you book a call through our booking page.
• Free after-hours audit: if you request one, the business phone number you give us. We call that number the way a customer would and record what a caller hears. We share that recording only with you.
• Technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to you and set up the call or audit you asked for.
• To send you the free checklist and, if you agreed, occasional emails with tips and offers.
• To understand which industries we're hearing from, so we can improve our services.
• To keep the website secure and running properly.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Emails and your consent

We only send marketing emails to people who agreed to receive them, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Unsubscribing takes effect within 10 business days.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They process your information only to provide their service to us:

• Website hosting and form handling (Netlify)
• Online booking (our booking page provider)
• Website chat (our chat provider)
• Email delivery (our email service provider)
• Website analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

Some of these providers store information on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored there may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website, for example which sections people read and where they leave, so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and records how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It is set to hide what you type into forms. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We do not use advertising cookies. Some other services we use, such as web fonts, the chat assistant and the booking page, may collect basic technical information like your IP address to work properly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason. Audit recordings are deleted within 90 days unless you ask us to keep them.

How we protect it

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, limit access to your information to people who need it, and use secure connections (HTTPS) on our website. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to emails at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with how we handled your information, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
